Account Manager

Overview

Account Manager role focused on supporting enterprise customers with innovative mobile/IoT solutions, working through the sales process.

What you'll do

• Acquire potential customers via phone, in-person meetings, and networking/partners.
• Understand customer needs and identify new opportunities in your territory.
• Develop and execute joint plans with customers to align results and timelines.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to executive leadership of larger customers.
• Build and maintain trusted advisory relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams and work with external technology partners.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of experience in software sales in direct selling.
• Successful acquisition and closing of deals with new customers.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Value Selling or MEDDPICC certification is beneficial.
• Salesforce CRM knowledge is beneficial.
