Overview

Key Account Management-Partner role focused on leading a critical customer account and expanding a strategic relationship with senior client stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Build and nurture relationships with C-suite and senior client stakeholders to address key business challenges.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored, enterprise-grade solutions aligned to client needs.
• Lead negotiations for complex, multi-million-dollar contracts to protect and expand the account.
• Act as the client advocate within FICO, influencing product roadmaps and solution strategies.
• Develop and execute business plans to drive account expansion and meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Represent FICO as a trusted advisor by staying ahead of industry trends and positioning the company for account growth.

What you'll need

• Proven senior-level experience building and managing strategic relationships, particularly in large financial institutions.
• Track record of structuring and closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals, including SaaS-based solutions.
• Deep familiarity with banking, credit risk, fraud prevention, account management, or consumer lending.
• Experience applying technologies such as machine learning, AI, decision management, and optimization (highly desirable).
• Ability to craft and execute joint business plans aligned to client objectives and company priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent commercial experience.
