Key Account Manager

Overview

Own and grow designated key accounts by executing distribution and merchandising programs, driving promotions and POS effectiveness, and conducting business reviews.

What you'll do

• Execute distribution on priority packages in line with Channel Strategy recommendations.
• Ensure key account schematics reflect required package mix and flow standards.
• Sell and implement the Optimum Price program using best practices and available tools.
• Develop annual promotion schedules aligned to BU and Channel Strategy goals.
• Drive promotions with effective POS and incremental display execution.
• Evaluate ROI before recommending POS or customized merchandising solutions.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with key account updates and competitive insights.

What you'll need

• Minimum 4 years sales experience with a strong track record of success.
• Strong analytical skills using internal and external data sources (e.g., IRI, Nielsen).
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Be extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).

Details

• Base salary range is $92,000–138,000 plus cash incentives.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
