Lead AI Engineer

Overview

Lead AI Engineer responsible for designing and delivering AI model serving capabilities for production use cases across AI and GenAI.

What you’ll do

• Lead design, analysis, implementation, and integration of AI model serving solutions.
• Design and standardize serving architectures for AI and GenAI use cases.
• Define and implement safe rollout and rollback strategies.
• Drive performance, scalability, and cost optimization for serving systems.
• Conduct runtime resilience pattern establishment and reviews.
• Provide technical leadership via design and code reviews.
• Develop and review performance, load, resiliency, and cost test plans; ensure production operational readiness.

What you’ll need

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong experience delivering production-grade software systems.
• Expertise in Python development.
• Experience with containerized, microservice-based architectures.
• Strong understanding of API design and versioning.
• Experience with AWS.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices; experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.
