Lead ASIC - FPGA Design Engineer

Overview

Lead FPGA Design Engineer for Boeing India’s Electronics Product team in Bengaluru, delivering end-to-end FPGA designs for avionics LRU design and analysis.

What you'll do

• Lead complex FPGA/SoC design from concept through production.
• Own FPGA architecture development and define design strategy.
• Establish FPGA design methodologies, coding standards, and best practices.
• Lead RTL development using Verilog/SystemVerilog.
• Mentor FPGA engineers, drive design reviews, and support capability building.
• Manage risks and dependencies and mitigate technical issues.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering/technology or directly related field.
• Proven RTL design experience in Verilog/SystemVerilog including synthesis, place & route, timing closure, and optimization.
• Experience with high-speed interface design such as PCIe, DDR, Ethernet, or SerDes.
• Experience creating digital ASIC/FPGA architectural design documents and requirements specifications.
• Experience building robust testbenches and performing code coverage analysis.
• Experience with RTL synthesis, CDC, Static Timing Analysis, and timing violation correction.
• Experience with version control systems such as SVN, CVS, Git, or equivalent.
