Lead Business Integration Analysts(3-6 Years, SAP SD)

Overview

Senior Lead Business Integration Analyst (SAP Sales & Distribution) responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP SD solutions for Order-to-Cash and Logistics processes.

What you'll do

• Design, configure, and support SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) solutions.
• Translate business requirements into SAP SD solutions with business teams.
• Support Order Management activities (e.g., quotations, standard orders, consignment, returns, ATP/GATP/back order, pricing and billing, customer master data).
• Support Logistics Execution activities (e.g., inbound/outbound deliveries, third-party/drop shipments, route determination, packing instructions, shipping documents).
• Collaborate across SAP modules including MM, FI/CO, Warehouse, and GTS.
• Troubleshoot SAP system/application issues with basic debugging and SMARTFORMS support.
• Provide production support, ensure timely resolution, and meet service level agreements (SLAs).

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD).
• Strong experience in Order Management, Pricing and Billing, ATP/GATP, Customer Master Data, and Logistics Execution and Deliveries.
• Working knowledge of Material Master, IDOC Processing, and SMARTFORMS.
• Experience in SAP configuration, requirements gathering, unit and integration testing, and production support.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a global team environment.
