Overview

SAP SD consultant for application support and maintenance, handling incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within KPI and customer satisfaction targets.

What you'll do

• Resolve SAP SD incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within KPIs.
• Perform SAP SD configuration and master data changes for end-to-end process flow.
• Handle SD topics including delivery, shipments, picking/packing, and WM interface.
• Support pricing configuration and pricing error analysis.
• Manage credit management activities such as availability checks, revenue recognition, and credit/debit memos.
• Process sales returns, free-of-charge delivery, intercompany, STO, and billing.

What you'll need

• 4-6 years of experience in SAP SD consulting.
• Domain expertise in Sales and Distribution.
• Thorough knowledge of Sales Order Management.
• Output management knowledge (EDI, file transfer, mail, PDF forms, scripts, smart forms).
• Strong knowledge of IDoc processing, error handling, and IDoc mapping.
• Experience with job setups, process, and job error analysis.
