Overview

Oracle Advanced Collections Consultant supporting the design, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Advanced Collections in Oracle Cloud.

What you'll do

• Lead implementation, configuration, or support of Oracle Advanced Collections.
• Optimize collection strategies, workflows, scoring engines, and dunning plans.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into system solutions.
• Integrate Advanced Collections with Accounts Receivable (AR), Customer Data Management, and related modules.
• Troubleshoot collection activity issues, performance problems, and data integrity concerns.
• Support testing cycles including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Advanced Collections.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle AR, Credit Management, and collections workflows.
• Experience with scoring engines, dunning plans, and collection strategies.
• Familiarity with SQL for data validation and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of integration tools/APIs related to Oracle Financials.
• Exposure to global collections processes and compliance requirements.
