Lead Customer Success Engineer - Data & AI Security

Overview

Lead Customer Success Engineer for Veeam’s Securiti & Data Command Center platform, serving as the primary technical owner for long-term customer outcomes.

What you'll do

• Set up customer accounts and facilitate onboarding.
• Lead adoption and optimization by aligning business outcomes with product adoption.
• Conduct assessments and recommend solutions/architectures across DSPM, Privacy, Data Security, and AI Governance.
• Perform technical health checks and deliver quarterly value and adoption reviews.
• Monitor churn signals early, define mitigation plans, and support renewal strategy with technical insights.
• Own the technical success plan and adoption roadmap, influencing expansion/renewal outcomes.

What you'll need

• 12+ years in customer-facing technical roles focused on data security, privacy, governance, cloud security, or enterprise software.
• Hands-on expertise across cloud platforms, data platforms, SaaS applications, security technologies, and enterprise architectures.
• Experience conducting technical assessments, driving adoption programs, and delivering measurable customer outcomes.
• Familiarity with DSPM, Privacy, or AI Governance platforms is a plus.
• Preferred certifications include AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator or Solutions Architect Expert, CISSP, CIPP, CIPM, or similar.
• Ability to engage executive stakeholders and synthesize technical, business, and risk signals into recommendations.
