Overview

Lead technical architecture and hands-on engineering for scalable, resilient, production-grade systems, including modernization and AI-powered platform capabilities.

What you'll do

• Evaluate technologies and lead proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Design scalable, secure, high-performance architectures.
• Establish engineering standards and technical governance.
• Develop complex components and ensure production readiness.
• Drive testing, automation, and CI/CD quality.
• Champion observability, monitoring, and operational reliability.
• Optimize data platforms and influence data governance practices.

What you'll need

• Advanced Java proficiency for backend systems and automation workflows.
• Strong experience with microservices and distributed systems.
• Expertise in Spring Boot or Micronaut and reactive programming.
• Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ messaging systems.
• Proficiency with Cassandra, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL databases.
• Experience with CI/CD, testing, cloud platforms, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of observability tools and event-driven architecture.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python or Kotlin.
• Experience with legacy system modernization and refactoring.
• Knowledge of OWASP standards and secure coding.
• Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban.
