Lead - Inside Sales

Overview

Lead - Inside Sales (Lead Account Executive level) for an inbound sales team focused on the NA market, converting marketing-qualified leads into revenue.

What you'll do

• Engage and qualify high volumes of inbound leads from marketing channels.
• Run discovery calls to identify needs, pain points, and objectives.
• Own the full inbound sales cycle through demos, proposals, negotiation, and closure.
• Deliver tailored (often virtual) product demonstrations highlighting value/ROI for North America.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to quarterly/annual quota attainment.
• Manage pipeline coverage and forecast accurately, including upsell/cross-sell opportunities post-sale.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer information.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of inbound, B2B SaaS sales quota achievement experience.
• Experience selling to North American clients.
• Ability to rapidly engage, qualify, and convert marketing-qualified leads.
• Strong consultative discovery skills and value-based solution articulation.
• Experience delivering tailored virtual product demos to North American audiences, including C-level executives.
• Proven objection handling and negotiation skills for deal closures.
• CRM and pipeline/forecasting proficiency using tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
