Lead Software Engineer: Automation

Overview

Lead Software Engineer responsible for leading testing for agile teams and designing and developing an automation testing framework.

What you'll do

• Lead automation testing strategy design, implementation, improvement, and infrastructure.
• Create automation test modules/components and execute test plans.
• Ensure products meet defined exit criteria and development practices are followed.
• Integrate automation tests into a continuous integration system.
• Manage tools, frameworks, and verification environments and solve automation failures.
• Mentor verification/automation team members and participate in Agile ceremonies.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience designing and implementing automation testing frameworks and strategies.
• Strong scripting skills using C# or other object-oriented languages.
• Experience with continuous integration principles and CI/build/deploy/version control tools (e.g., Bitbucket/Git/TeamCity/Jenkins/TFS).
• Proficiency with SDLC and QA/defect management/documentation in Agile environments.
• Proficiency with software testing tools including TestComplete, Load Test, Coded UI, SpecFlow, Selenium, and other automation tools.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Unit, SpecFlow, TDD, BDD, and hybrid/keyword-driven frameworks.
