Lead Solutions Engineer Full Stack

Overview

Lead Solutions Engineer (Full Stack) for Sanofi, serving as the technical lead for the Solutions Engineering practice and reporting to the Head of Solutions Engineering.

Hands-on work spans hybrid cloud, DevOps/automation, containers, and AI infrastructure, with 30% focused on solution architecture vision and partner guidance.

What you'll do

• Design and implement hybrid cloud solutions on AWS and Azure for pharmaceutical workloads.
• Architect containerized applications using Kubernetes (EKS/AKS) for enterprise reliability.
• Build Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation for deployments.
• Deploy and optimize AI/ML infrastructure, including model serving and GPU-optimized clusters.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, security scanning, and compliance validation.
• Integrate on-premises pharmaceutical systems with cloud platforms and design disaster recovery solutions.
• Lead solution design discussions with Digital R&D, Manufacturing, and Corporate teams and establish standards.

What you'll need

• 8+ years in enterprise infrastructure and engineering roles with increasing technical leadership.
• Deep expertise in AWS and Azure with production-scale implementations.
• Advanced Kubernetes experience, including EKS/AKS in enterprise pharmaceutical or regulated environments.
• Infrastructure fundamentals including networking, storage, compute, and security at enterprise scale.
• Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform or CloudFormation at scale.
• CI/CD pipeline design skills including compliance validation.
• Observability platform experience including monitoring, logging, alerting, and distributed tracing.

Details

• Location: Hyderabad.
• Hybrid role with 3 days a week onsite in Hyderabad (required).
• Travel required for digital partner engagement and strategic initiatives (10%).
