Solutions Engineer – Full Stack & AI

Overview

Solutions Engineer building and delivering AI-enabled full-stack applications for contracting operations and revenue management platforms.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and deliver scalable enterprise-grade full-stack AI applications.
• Develop and manage integrations using Databricks as middleware for data and service orchestration.
• Implement technical designs that translate business automation requirements across enterprise systems.
• Contribute to AI use cases such as workflow automation and lightweight assistant capabilities.
• Prototype and iterate AI automation solutions with emphasis on simplicity and maintainability.
• Provide technical leadership through design reviews, code reviews, and hands-on guidance.

What you'll need

• 8-12 years of experience in designing and developing enterprise AI-enabled automation applications.
• Full-stack expertise across frontend, middleware, and backend layers.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and SQL/NoSQL, including scalable microservices and React applications.
• Experience building integrations using Databricks as middleware with APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on experience integrating generative AI solutions including LLMs, agentic workflows, RAG patterns, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including evaluating AI-driven vs deterministic approaches.
