Lead Sourcing Associate

Overview

Work as a LinkedIn Recruitment Associate helping hire Campus Managers across universities in the United States. This 3-month role provides hands-on experience in modern recruiting, with performance-based consideration for a long-term full-time role.

What you'll do

• Research universities across the US to understand where to recruit from.
• Source potential candidates using LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms.
• Learn and apply Boolean search techniques to identify high-quality talent.
• Reach out to candidates and build talent pipelines.
• Screen candidates based on graduation year, field of study, and role requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and candidate records.
• Work closely with your manager to improve sourcing strategies.
• Learn to use AI tools such as Claude and other recruiting technologies to become a more effective recruiter.
• Contribute ideas to improve the hiring process.

What you'll need

• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, sales, or marketing.
• Comfort learning LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search techniques; prior experience is not mandatory.
• Curiosity about AI and excitement to learn new recruiting tools.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience may apply.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search techniques.
• Internship experience in recruiting, HR, sales, or marketing.

Details

• 3-month full-time job.
• Work from home anywhere in India.
• Working hours are 5 PM–1 AM IST, Monday to Friday.
• Candidates will also be considered for a full-time role based on performance and business requirements.
