Lead Specialist, Pricing, Taste, IMA

Overview

Lead pricing focal point for the IMA region, driving strategic, data-driven pricing decisions to support profitable growth.

What you'll do

• Provide timely pricing support for regional quotation requests.
• Enable sales decisions through profitability analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Sales, Technical, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Controlling stakeholders.
• Maintain and optimize regional portfolio collection pricing with high accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement of pricing tools, systems, and processes.
• Contribute to revenue growth and margin optimization via pricing initiatives.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years’ experience in pricing, finance, or revenue management.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel capabilities and strong analytical mindset.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience in manufacturing (flavours/food ingredients) is mentioned as a plus.
