What you'll do

• Develop and implement digital transformation strategies and roadmaps
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital innovation
• Lead cross-functional teams in executing digital transformation projects
• Manage the adoption of new digital tools and technologies across the organization
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of digital transformation initiatives on business performance
• Provide guidance and support to teams on best practices for digital transformation
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance, or Master's degree in Business Administration or Business Analytics
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Process Doctors Academy) or Project Management Professional (PMP) (Virtual Learning Academy)
• Required skills: Change Management, Data-Driven Continuous Improvement (DataBridge), Enabling Transformation Alignment (ETA), IT Transformations, Negotiation, People Leadership, Transformation Design
• English language proficiency: Advanced - C1 (required)
