Overview

Learning Content Developer (Transformation) to support ERM’s global learning delivery by converting learning designs, scripts, and content into learner-ready materials.

What you'll do

• Develop high-quality learning assets aligned with approved learning designs and content standards.
• Create learner-centric materials that are accurate, engaging, accessible, and deployment-ready.
• Produce learning assets across multiple formats through timely and efficient content development.
• Use AI-enabled tools responsibly to accelerate content development while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Adapt learning content into the required formats and update materials for different regions and audiences.
• Edit and refine learning content for clarity, consistency, readability, and learner engagement.
• Collaborate with Learning Content Designers, SMEs, and global stakeholders to validate content accuracy and effectiveness.

What you'll need

• Experience in learning development, instructional design support, content development, or a related field.
• Ability to develop learning assets from scripts, storyboards, content outlines, and design specifications.
• Strong content writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Experience creating instructor-led training materials, digital learning content, and job aids.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, learner-friendly content.
• Experience working with global and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with learning development technologies, authoring tools, and content production platforms.
