Senior Instructional Designer

Overview

Senior Instructional Designer is an execution-focused individual contributor role supporting the Senior Manager, Instructional Design, to deliver business-critical learning projects.

What you'll do

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of high-impact learning solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to analyze needs, recommend solutions, and drive project execution.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders as a trusted consultant.
• Support the Instruction Design Manager in driving team priorities and operational excellence initiatives.
• Identify challenges proactively, recommend solutions, and drive issues to resolution.
• Use data, metrics, and business insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Manage risks, uphold quality standards, and help ensure on-time delivery.

What you'll need

• 10–14 years of experience in Learning Consulting/Learning Experience Design and Instructional Design.
• Proven experience working with senior business stakeholders in a global environment.
• Demonstrated success leading complex learning projects and operational initiatives.
• Experience influencing teams and driving outcomes without formal authority.
• Strong L&D and performance consulting capabilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project and process management skills.
