Finance Content Developer

Overview

Finance Content Developer responsible for researching, analysing, designing, developing and customising training content for finance change programmes and BAU learning. The role supports delivery of accessible, engaging e-learning and instructor-led materials for a global audience.

What you'll do

• Research, analyse, and design instructional materials for animated video, guides, and explainer video learning.
• Develop and customise e-learning and instructor-led training content using instructional design principles.
• Plan and deliver content experiences on time against agreed success criteria, coordinating with project managers and SMEs.
• Manage piloting, revisions, approvals, stakeholder updates, and post-release reviews.
• Ensure learning content is accessible, user-friendly, and aligned with learner needs.
• Support learners through remote or face-to-face training guidance and ongoing queries.
• Ensure content meets objectives and establishes processes for consistent development practices.
• Support compliance with information security requirements and manage access/account controls and incident resolution within SLAs.

What you'll need

• 7–8 years overall experience in finance/training, including 4–5 years designing self-access learning materials.
• Expert user of tools including Camtasia and Adobe Captivate, plus Creative Cloud tools and audio recording software or similar.
• Competent user of MS Office, especially Teams, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Competent user of web-based training tools such as Vimeo, Webex, and Yammer or wiki forums.
• Competent user/knowledge of SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems or similar LMS.
• Knowledge/experience of Articulate, Camtasia, and Creative Cloud tools, plus audio recording software.
• Written and verbal proficiency in English.
