Manager, Account Executive - GSIs

Overview

Sales Manager to lead a team of Strategic Account Executives focused on growing adoption of safe, frontier AI with global systems integrators (GSIs) and consultancies.

What you'll do

• Recruit, coach, and retain Strategic Account Executives with partner and platform-selling expertise.
• Codify sales use cases, proof points, reference stories, and sales motions to make wins repeatable.
• Engage with C-level executives at GSIs and enterprise clients to build business cases and value narratives.
• Own revenue targets and run forecasting, deal inspection, and account planning cadences.
• Partner with Applied AI, Solutions Architecture, and Product to design solutions and translate needs into product inputs.
• Orchestrate cross-functional and partner motions to deliver a seamless experience and represent the company at events.

What you'll need

• Experience leading strategic sales teams selling technical, complex products such as API-first platforms, cloud infrastructure, or data/ML platforms.
• A track record of winning and growing strategic customers and/or partners, including C-suite relationship building.
• Experience designing go-to-market coverage for a strategic sales team, including account/partner prioritization.
• Operational rigor across high-volume pipeline and complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles with accurate forecasting.
• Credibility with technical buyers and builders (e.g., CIOs, CTOs, CDOs) and experience partnering with solutions architects/applied AI teams.
• Strong coaching skills that improve team performance through deal coaching and account strategy.
• A genuine interest in deploying AI responsibly and advancing the mission of building safe, beneficial AI.

• Role is hybrid with a minimum expectation of being in an office at least 25% of the time.
