Overview

Manager - Advertising Platform Strategy role focused on serving as an internal authority for how major walled garden ad platforms work in practice. The role runs live multi-platform campaigns and converts practitioner expertise into product direction.

What you'll do

• Serve as the platform intelligence authority for Accelerate’s teams on major walled garden platforms.
• Act as the first and most reliable internal reference for platform operational realities when product/engineering need answers.
• Actively manage live campaigns across platforms as features are developed and iterated.
• Generate structured feedback from hands-on testing to inform engineering teams.
• Translate practitioner and agency workflow knowledge into precise product input and requirements.
• Work with product and engineering teams to shape how platform knowledge is encoded and workflows are automated.

What you'll need

• 4–7 years of hands-on campaign management across major walled garden platforms.
• Experience managing live campaigns across Google and Meta, and at least one of TikTok, Snap, or Pinterest.
• Grounded understanding of the US advertising market (advertisers and agencies).
• Deep familiarity with agency operational workflows for planning, execution, reporting, and optimization.
• A practitioner-level understanding of what makes platforms work (performance drivers, friction, automation risks/benefits).
• Comfort working in a product and engineering environment to participate in feature discussions and requirements.
