Manager, AI/HPC Infrastructure Technical Delivery — India

Overview

Senior Technical Delivery Manager (People Manager) leading technical delivery of AI/HPC infrastructure across India and APAC.

What you'll do

• Lead, manage, and develop a technical team responsible for AI/HPC delivery.
• Provide end-to-end technical control for Ethernet, InfiniBand, HPC, and AI cluster delivery.
• Oversee design, deployment, and operational reliability of large-scale AI/HPC infrastructure for new and existing customers.
• Drive technical decision-making for complex delivery projects and resolve critical technical challenges.
• Improve delivery workflows for provisioning, automation, and post-deployment support (monitoring, logging, alerting).
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, product, and support to align delivery with product roadmap.

What you'll need

• BS/MS/PhD (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 10+ years progressive technical experience in data center infrastructure (or equivalent).
• 5+ years people management experience leading a technical team (10+ members).
• Strong background in NVIDIA DC products including networking, InfiniBand, and AI orchestration tools (e.g., BCM – Base Command Manager).
• Deep understanding of AI technology integration with data center infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with medium to large-scale HPC/AI environments and InfiniBand networks.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills in both languages to engage customers and partners (including Chinese customers).

Nice to have

• Linux or networking certifications (CCNP/CCIE/HCIE) or NVIDIA-related certifications.
• Experience with HPC job schedulers (Slurm, PBS) and cluster management technologies (BCM – Base Command Manager).
• Experience leading technical teams in a professional services or tech vendor environment for top CSP/Cloud/Hyper-Scale customers in India.
• Hands-on understanding of AI/ML workloads integrated with HPC/InfiniBand and full-stack DC technologies, optimizing GPU-accelerated performance.
