Manager, Engineering - AI and Data

Overview

Hands-on Manager for the AI and Data Science team, leading technical direction and building data/AI systems for offensive cybersecurity use cases.

What you'll do

• Define and drive the technical roadmap for AI, ML, and data systems, including development, deployment, and operationalization.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a small team of data scientists and ML engineers.
• Build scalable data pipelines and train and deploy predictive models for cybersecurity challenges.
• Oversee the lifecycle of AI/ML systems from design through deployment, including MLOps practices.
• Guide development, tuning, deployment, and MLOps of Machine Learning models for cybersecurity.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to architect AI workloads and data pipelines for security, efficiency, and scalability.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, ML Engineering, or Data Engineering.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership or team lead role.
• Strong architectural understanding of LLM technologies, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, ML Ops, and secure API integration.
• Deep expertise with Python and AWS services including S3, Lambda, Batch, Glue, Bedrock, Step Functions, and Redshift.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end ML pipelines from ingestion to monitoring and MLOps.
• Ability to design, manage, and govern secure data-driven software architectures for large-scale multi-tenant environments.
