Manager, Enterprise Sales Engineering - Public Sector/Southeast

Overview

Manager, Enterprise Sales Engineering to lead a team of sales engineers for enterprise/Public Sector and Southeast accounts. Work is remote from the United States, with residence required in DC or the Southeast region.

What you'll do

• Partner with regional Sales Leadership to develop and execute technical sales strategies and account plans.
• Lead and manage sales engineers, including guidance, mentorship, and professional development.
• Support Enterprise account sales by identifying customer requirements and providing technical expertise during the sales process.
• Set performance goals, conduct performance evaluations, and collaborate on tech wins/losses and related metrics.
• Create technical sales collateral including presentations, datasheets, and whitepapers for the Enterprise practice.
• Provide feedback to product management on customer requirements and market demands.
• Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

What you'll need

• 4+ years experience in Sales Engineering Leadership supporting enterprise accounts.
• 8+ years experience as a Sales Engineer supporting enterprise accounts.
• Container technologies experience including Kubernetes, serverless, and Docker.
• Cloud technology experience including AWS, Azure, and Google (and others).
• Cloud security or container security experience.
• Experience with MEDDPICC and/or Command of the Message sales frameworks.
