What you'll do

• Set up the Meesho Academy to build employee capabilities aligned to the company’s long-term vision.
• Focus initially on capability building for early career hires coming in from campus.
• Upskill the broader workforce on AI.
• Build skills for a future-aligned workforce.

What you'll need

• Experience in designing and implementing learning & development for employees (implied by responsibility scope).
• Experience supporting early career/campus hires with capability building (implied).
• Experience in upskilling initiatives related to AI (implied).
• Ability to develop workforce skills programs aligned to long-term vision (implied).
