Manager - Human Resources

Overview

The HR business partner role supports Fidelity Management Research, India by partnering with business groups to drive workforce strategy, employee experience, associate engagement and a meritocratic performance management culture.

What you'll do

• Support the implementation and execution of programs related to the business unit's effectiveness and environment, and be involved in action planning
• Identify talent needs, risks and gaps, and create and oversee execution of a plan to address them using talent management tools and resources
• Execute the performance management cycle for various business units
• Partner with business and other HR stakeholders in driving key initiatives and plans
• Work with various leaders to drive a culture of meritocracy and transparency
• Design and roll out talent management practices to nurture a high performance workforce
• Liaise with Employee Relations to handle employee grievances
• Be accountable for site implementation and integration of HR and BU initiatives for assigned areas of responsibility
• Assist with the implementation of compensation programs and cycles within the BU

What you'll need

• Overall 8 years of experience as an HR business partner implementing workforce strategy
• Core experience in implementing workforce strategy
• MBA with specialization in HR
• Experience in driving change initiatives
• Ability to influence at senior levels within the organization
• Knowledge of and ability to perform the processes used to analyze data for the purpose of driving decisions
• Ability to work collaboratively with other functional groups
• Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically and pragmatically to execute and deliver the people strategy
