Managing Technical Architect (Req #1412)

Overview

Managing Technical Architect overseeing an engineering team to deliver projects effectively and ensure engineers are technically prepared.

What you'll do

• Lead a diversified team of consultants and support their growth.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure client satisfaction across engagement phases.
• Contribute to team development and creation/delivery of training programs.
• Manage technical development and employee/team satisfaction, including QA of team projects.
• Perform pre-sales engineering activities such as BOM creation assistance and SOW development for complex multi-vendor solutions.
• Provide technical oversight and act as an escalation point for engineers/consultants.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in IT.
• 5+ years in a Consultant or Architect role.
• Multiple industry-recognized certifications.
• Excellent customer service skills on phone and in person.
• Ability to design, plan, implement, and support IT solutions using two or more of: AI/ML, Data Modernization, Virtualization, SAN, Networking, Security.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
