Manufacturing Engineer

Overview

The Manufacturing Engineer develops and improves manufacturing processes for parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain fabrication methods, operating sequences, and processes.
• Coordinate product improvements and new product releases with engineering functions.
• Apply DFx principles to reduce manufacturing and product costs.
• Improve product quality and determine time standards.
• Recommend tooling and process requirements.
• Develop test procedures, evaluate results, and investigate assembly or system-testing issues.
• Identify root causes, define corrective actions, and perform Process FMEA.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years of related experience.
• Conceptual knowledge and technical problem-solving experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly.

Details

• Location: Bangalore, India.
• Full-time regular position.
• Travel: 10% of the time.
• Physical work and personal protective equipment may be required.
