Associate Engineer-Manufacturing Engineer

Overview

Associate Manufacturing Engineer responsible for converting engineering designs into manufacturing-ready processes, including MBOMs, routings, work instructions, and manufacturing plans, and ensuring engineering changes are implemented accurately.

What you'll do

• Develop and modify MBOM structures and manage engineering changes.
• Receive and review EBOM.
• Create and maintain production routings and manufacturing/rework work instructions.
• Create and maintain SAP routings and release approved manufacturing/assembly plans for production execution.
• Manage RSCR processes and update standard work procedures in Solumina.
• Generate and maintain purchase routing (CCS), tool orders, production orders, and standard work documentation.
• Create NC rework programs and conduct studies to improve production processes/workflows.

What you'll need

• 1–5 years of experience in manufacturing support with hands-on machining and/or assembly shopfloor operations.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on shopfloor manufacturing experience.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, tools, and methods.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience in Unigraphics (NX) or CATIA V5 and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
