Manufacturing Engineer III

Overview

Manufacturing Engineer III responsible for implementing and improving manufacturing operation sequences, specifications, and processes to support production improvements.

What you'll do

• Implement and maintain manufacturing operation sequences and specifications.
• Support production by improving manufacturing processes for cycle time, waste, defects, and productivity.
• Handle shift supervision for manufacturing/assembly operations.
• Perform problem solving and trouble shooting using systemic tools.
• Provide operator guidance and on-the-job training.
• Use resources and perform OEE analysis and lean tools (e.g., 5S, standard work, line balancing, SPC, FMEA).

What you'll need

• Have 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Hold a Diploma in Mechanical/Production.
• Have shop floor experience in mass manufacturing/assembly of functional products.
• Have experience with high/medium volume and high mix manufacturing/assembly processes.
• Follow ISO procedures and sustain ISO documentation.
• Communicate effectively in written and spoken English and Hindi/Marathi.
