Marketing & Customer Success Apprentice

Overview

Marketing & Customer Success Apprentice role supporting marketing initiatives and customer engagement, with hands-on work across digital marketing and customer success activities.

What you'll do

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels.
• Support content creation for marketing assets such as social posts and emailers.
• Maintain and update marketing databases, campaign trackers, and reports.
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams to help ensure timely marketing execution.
• Support onboarding new customers and adoption of products/services.
• Track customer queries and resolutions and follow up in a timely manner.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree with no prior job experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts and customer engagement.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
