Marketing Operations Assistant providing administrative and operational support for marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

What you'll do

• Provide administrative and operational support for marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate and deliver email calendars for multiple countries/regions.
• Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, contact lists, and shared folders.
• Collect, organize, and validate marketing data from spreadsheets, campaign platforms, and internal systems.
• Prepare routine summaries and reports on campaign performance and leads/events.
• Assist with creating presentations, reports, and internal marketing updates.
• Update basic content and campaign information in marketing tools and internal systems.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred.
• Prefer one year of administrative, marketing, internship, or operations experience.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Fundamental understanding of marketing metrics such as leads, engagement, and conversion rates.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of CRM is a bonus.
