Marketing Specialist- SEO

Overview

SEO Manager to lead organic search and GEO/AEO initiatives and drive growth through technical SEO, content strategy, AI search optimization, and analytics.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute enterprise SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, competitor benchmarking, and content gap analysis.
• Optimize content for AI-powered search experiences (AI Overviews and answer engines).
• Run technical SEO audits and address issues across crawlability, indexing, redirects, canonicals, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.
• Track SEO performance in Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console, and report insights.
• Collaborate with content, product marketing, engineering, design, and analytics teams to improve search visibility and performance.

What you'll need

• 5–7 years of hands-on SEO experience for B2B, SaaS, or enterprise websites.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword research, and content strategy.
• Experience analyzing SEO performance and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI search optimization, entity SEO, and semantic search.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Google Analytics or SEO certifications.
