Mgr Network Operations

Overview

Manager – Network Operations to lead enterprise network operations at Medline’s Pune office and integrate cloud networking and infrastructure for hybrid on-premise and cloud environments.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end network operations across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, and data center networks.
• Design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, highly available network infrastructure.
• Lead troubleshooting of complex network issues and major incident management.
• Drive improvements in network performance, QoS, and reliability.
• Design and manage hybrid network architectures integrating on-premise with AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Manage cloud networking components such as VPC/VNet, VPN, ExpressRoute/Direct Connect, load balancers, and firewalls.
• Own SLA performance, vendor management, service delivery metrics, and ITIL-aligned processes.

What you'll need

• 10–15 years of experience in network infrastructure.
• 5+ years in leadership roles within network operations.
• Hands-on expertise with Cisco routing & switching.
• Experience with WAN technologies including MPLS and SD-WAN.
• Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform’s networking services (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Understanding of hybrid connectivity methods including VPN and Direct Connect/ExpressRoute.
• Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
