Mid-Market Sales Associate (Inbound)

Overview

Mid-Market Sales Associate (Inbound) joining Payoneer’s GTM organization, supporting EMEA with a focus on Eastern and Central Europe, especially Poland and Ukraine.

What you’ll do

• Own the end-to-end commercial progression from onboarding through activation and first funded transaction.
• Manage pipeline visibility and structured outreach using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Aircall.
• Run consultative sales conversations to uncover needs, build urgency, handle objections, and drive conversion.
• Accelerate conversion with timely communication across calls, email, and sales sequences.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to remove onboarding, compliance, payment, and usage friction.
• Own KPIs across onboarding, activation, FFT, conversion, upsell, and cross-sell.

What you'll need

• 4–8 years of B2B sales experience (inside sales, account management, fintech, payments, SaaS, or digital commerce).
• Native-level fluency in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales, activation, conversion, FFT, upsell, or revenue targets.
• Strong pipeline ownership and CRM discipline, including prioritization, tracking, and forecasting.
• Advanced objection handling and value-based selling skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
