Models Infrastructure Platform Enablement (Python + React), Multi-Asset Strategies & Solutions (MASS), Associate

Overview

Associate role supporting the Models infrastructure platform in the Multi-Asset Strategies & Solutions (MASS) organization. You’ll collaborate across investment, infrastructure, and technology partners to deliver production-ready solutions for models enablement.

What you'll do

• Drive technology-enabled initiatives that strengthen and evolve the investment operating platform within MASS.
• Administer monitoring protocols to assess infrastructure resilience across platform domains.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to improve processes and systems with a focus on usability for strategists and portfolio managers.
• Triage and resolve production issues, manage partner concerns, and maintain runbooks for owned activities.
• Develop and maintain tools/scripts for models enablement and end-to-end models data workflows.
• Own and maintain model data gathering and distribution to stakeholders.
• Support end-to-end UAT testing to ensure successful production operations across release cycles.

What you'll need

• 3-7 years of relevant experience in Python + React.
• Hands-on Python development experience using Streamlit and Flask.
• Hands-on React experience and solid understanding of API design.
• Experience in asset management or financial services with exposure to multiple asset classes.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Computer Science degree/B.E/B.Tech or equivalent experience.

• Location: Gurugram, India.
• Hybrid work model: at least 4 days in the office per week, with 1 day remote; some groups may require more office time.
