Monitoring & Diagnostics Insight Engineer (Tier 1)

Overview

Monitor and analyze turbine operational data to identify power plant abnormalities and provide actionable technical recommendations. Support remote troubleshooting and customer-facing communication for global 24/7 operations.

What you'll do

• Monitor and analyze turbine operational data.
• Deliver timely technical recommendations to customers.
• Provide data-driven guidance for remote turbine issues.
• Document and communicate operational concerns clearly.
• Improve M&D workflows using Lean practices.
• Develop diagnostic coverage strategies.
• Collaborate with Senior Engineers on technical solutions.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Ability and willingness to work rotating day, evening, or night shifts.
• Availability to work non-standard weekends.
• Working knowledge of gas turbine, steam turbine, and generator systems.
• Ability to interpret complex data streams.
• Strong customer-facing technical communication skills.
