Overview

Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer (L2) responsible for maintaining client IT infrastructure and systems through monitoring, incident management, and change support.

What you'll do

• Proactively monitor and identify technical incidents and problems.
• Investigate and resolve incidents using work queues and SLA targets.
• Update tickets with actions taken and log issues before escalation.
• Collaborate with teams and clients to provide second-level support.
• Execute changes with risk mitigation and contribute to change management documentation.
• Audit incident and request tickets for quality and recommend improvements.
• Handle client escalations and support disaster recovery functions/tests.

What you'll need

• Moderate-level experience in managed services handling cross-technology infrastructure.
• Knowledge of ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.
• Experience working with vendors and third parties.
• Ability to plan activities/projects under changing circumstances.
• Commitment to placing clients’ needs first in interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.
