Overview

MSL (Oncology) for the West territory, serving as a scientific authority and primary medical interface with key HCPs in the oncology therapeutic area.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement territory-specific scientific engagement plans.
• Build and manage relationships with KOLs and other stakeholders.
• Capture and relay structured, high-value field insights from HCPs.
• Articulate the scientific value of products in patient-focused terms.
• Represent Medical Affairs at scientific events, advisory boards, and investigator meetings.
• Use CRM, analytics, and AI-powered platforms to tailor omnichannel engagements.
• Ensure interactions comply with policies, SOPs, and regulatory/legal standards.

What you'll need

• Advanced scientific degree required (PhD, PharmD, or MD preferred; MSc acceptable).
• Solid field medical (MSL) experience, ideally in competitive specialty markets.
• Strong scientific communication, digital/analytical, and omnichannel engagement skills.
• Proficiency in English; regional languages are an asset.
• Willingness to travel up to 60–70%.
• Full understanding of the regulatory, legal, and ethical framework for non-promotional engagement.
