Multi carrier - Landside Specialist

Overview

Multi carrier dispatch role focused on landside operations and coordinating container movements between drivers, terminals, and external partners.

What you'll do

• Assign loads to drivers in Trinium based on availability and capacity.
• Coordinate pickup and drop-off appointments via terminal websites.
• Generate Dispatch Reports for next business day using Trinium and client/port/driver inputs.
• Track and monitor export loads and loads that have been picked up to ensure timely movement.
• Investigate loads drivers completed and loads to be started on the following day.
• Provide driver support and resolve inquiries with up-to-date dispatch information.
• Evaluate accessorial charges for billability and handle repair inquiry routing to repair companies.

What you'll need

• Fluent oral and written English communication.
• Graduate degree, ideally Finance and Accounting.
• Willing to work in full night shifts.
• 3-5 years minimum experience in the shipping & logistics industry.
• Prior experience with documentation review, data entry, and reporting (landside execution advantage).
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
