Network Operations Automation and Reporting Engineer focused on network compliance and risk reporting, with hands-on understanding of network infrastructure to evaluate risk and ensure compliance.

What you'll do

• Manage and track daily operational, compliance, and risk issues from identification through closure.
• Own the end-to-end daily reporting process for the network compliance and risk domain.
• Prepare and publish daily status reports (open issues, backlog, aging metrics, progress, remediation, risks/blockers/compliance gaps).
• Generate automated or semi-automated reports using Excel and dashboards (SLA tracking, risk aging analysis, daily/weekly trend analysis).
• Validate and reconcile data across multiple network, security, and asset management tools.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve risk items and vulnerabilities and maintain audit-ready documentation.

What you'll need

• 10–12 years of overall professional experience in technical analysis, network risk/compliance, operations analysis, or technical reporting.
• Practical understanding of enterprise networking environments and exposure to Cisco/Arista/Juniper enterprise routing, switching, security/firewalls, and wireless systems.
• Ability to interpret network logs, audit trails, and security alerts to identify non-compliant configurations or operational risks.
• Expert knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data modeling, array formulas, structured formatting).
• Working knowledge of Python, PowerShell, or standard scripting tools for reporting automation.
• Hands-on experience parsing, normalizing, and reconciling heterogeneous datasets (CSV exports and API outputs).
