New Business Account Executive

Overview

New Business Account Executive for Twilio’s Global Sales organization, responsible for prospecting, solution selling, and closing new business opportunities.

What you'll do

• Drive new customer acquisition across the Twilio portfolio.
• Own quota for iACV (incremental Account Contract Value).
• Lead analytical, consultative sales cycles to move beyond transactional vendor relationships.
• Multi-thread enterprise accounts and build trusted relationships up to the C-Suite.
• Partner with Specialist Sales to bring technical and domain expertise for complex deals.
• Collaborate across Finance, Legal, Pricing, Product, and Operations to design contracts.
• Generate and maintain accurate pipeline and forecast using Salesforce (CRM).

What you'll need

• 12 years of total full cycle sales experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing or leading quantitative, highly analytical products or solutions for customers.
• Direct experience selling technical SaaS/CPaaS or data platforms, moving beyond transactional sales into strategic partnerships.
• Outbound prospecting experience and a “total account relationship” strategy for profitable revenue growth.
• Consultative technical solution selling with deep discovery to map pain points into integrated SaaS and API solutions.
• Experience managing business forecasts and financial models.

• Employment is remote and based in Singapore.
• More than 30% travel is anticipated.
