OneSource Customer Operations Associate

Overview

The OneSource Customer Operations Associate plans and oversees enterprise-level support and service activities for designated clients, ensuring quality and operational performance.

What you'll do

• Plan and oversee support and service activities for company products and services for specific clients.
• Coordinate resolution of service incidents and escalate technical issues as needed.
• Monitor and respond to customer requests, ensuring communication and response-time expectations.
• Schedule equipment service and preventive maintenance, including compliance activities like OQ, PQ, and validation.
• Record and manage service events and follow-up transactions in an applicable CMMS with accurate data entry.
• Work with service delivery teams to meet service delivery goals and monitor open requests for closure.

What you'll need

• Associate Degree plus 2+ years of experience in a team-based customer service environment, or High School Diploma plus 4+ years.
• Microsoft Office experience, including MS Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency using software for word processing, email, and order entry (and others as required).
• Exceptional analytical skills and excellent Excel skills.
• Ability to articulate with technically oriented people and build rapport.
