Onsite Support Engineer

Overview

Onsite Support Engineer providing technical assistance for hardware, software, and network issues. Supports reliable operation through troubleshooting, maintenance, and IT support for employees’ Endava assets.

What you'll do

• Help group IT support teams maintain Endava IT infrastructure.
• Provide onsite and remote desktop support for employees using Endava IT assets and systems.
• Manage IT hardware assets and update internal documentation and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software, network, and systems issues.
• Respond to high priority issues and provide out-of-business-hours on-call coverage.
• Maintain Access Control and CCTV systems and support conferencing equipment and printing services.

What you'll need

• Experience with Windows 10 and MacOS (installation, operation, troubleshooting).
• Ability to image and deploy Windows equipment using tools including SCCM and Intune.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
• Networking concepts, principles, and troubleshooting skills.
• Microsoft Office 365 administration knowledge.
• Knowledge of patch management and IT asset management.
• ITIL awareness and experience using ITSM tools.
