Overview
A graduate trainee role supporting global Corporate Real Estate operations, covering RE systems rollout, data management, and service delivery.
What you'll do
- Support the rollout of RE systems (e.g. SAP RE-FX, IWMS/CAFM) and processes by preparing and migrating data, validating workflows, conducting user-acceptance tests, documenting issues, preparing training materials, and tracking operational readiness until go-live.
- Support the setup and transition of services to the RE Service Centre by preparing process maps, responsibility matrices, work instructions, service-catalogue entries, and handover checklists for new or changed services.
- Administer RE systems, contracts, locations, spaces, workplaces, occupancy data, assignments, mass uploads and user access in SAP RE-FX, IWMS/CAFM, and other CRE applications based on approved and validated information.
- Perform recurring data-quality controls and resolve identified inconsistencies or coordinate their correction in systems, including access reviews, completeness and plausibility checks, duplicate assignments or conflicting records.
- Act as the central first point of contact for global RE requests and incidents, clarify and document cases, analyse root causes, coordinate and track their resolution with responsible team or specialist functions, and provide transparent updates.
- Prepare recurring KPI dashboards and management reports, maintain the request backlog and workload overview, and support capacity planning, service monitoring, escalation, automation, and continuous improvement.
What you'll need
- Relevant vocational training, a degree, or equivalent professional experience in Corporate Real Estate, service management, data management, system administration, or business administration.
- Strong service orientation, communication, and teamwork skills, enabling effective collaboration within the global RE organization and with relevant specialist functions across Infineon.
- A structured and accurate way of working with the ability to perform completeness, plausibility, and data-quality checks and follow defined workflows, priorities, and escalation rules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify root causes and develop practical solutions.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with confidence in working in an international service environment.
Nice to have
