Operations Analyst - Parametric

Overview

Operations Analyst for Parametric within the Global Operations Team, supporting timely, accurate operations during non-US market hours.

What you'll do

• Create and support a follow-the-sun model between locations with clear hand-offs.
• Perform standard and ad hoc tasks during non-US market hours and provide local end-of-day status reports.
• Research and resolve operational issues quickly with urgency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to confirm information and share status updates.
• Convert observations into actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Complete daily operations transactions including cash/position reconciliation, trade posting, and new account setup.
• Run verification checks on similar work and maintain thorough client record keeping and client files.

What you'll need

• 1-3 years of required experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related discipline (equivalent experience considered).
• Familiarity with MS Office and ability to learn internal and external systems.
• Knowledge of financial services, investment products, and operations processes.
• Strong attention to detail and highly process-oriented approach.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and communicate well in writing and verbally.

• Hybrid working model: office 3 days a week; remote or office for remaining days.
