Order to Cash Operations Analyst

Overview

Order to Cash Operations Analyst in the Finance Operations vertical, focused on the Cash Application Process: applying cash, resolving unapplied cash and suspense account reconciliations, and coordinating with customers on cash application queries.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions to help determine financial outcomes.
• Optimize working capital by providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow, and streamline billing processes.
• Apply unapplied cash, reconcile suspense accounts in cash application, and process items from payment receipt to finalization.
• Receive and deposit customer payments, apply cash remittances and credits/adjustments, and maintain bad debt reserves and allowances.
• Prepare Accounts Receivable reporting and post and reconcile Accounts Receivable activity to the general ledger.
• Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems as an individual contributor within a team with a focused scope of work.
• Coordinate with customers on cash application queries.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Cash Application Process (P3).
• Good understanding of cash applications.

• Location: Navi Mumbai.
• May require working in rotational shifts.
• Receive moderate-level instruction on daily tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments.
• Limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management; day-to-day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors.
