Order to Cash Operations Analyst

Overview

Order to Cash Operations Analyst within Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, handling the end-to-end process of collecting cash from order receipt and credit authorization through collections and revenue assurance.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions to help determine financial outcomes.
• Resolve cash application queries, coordinate with customers, apply unapplied cash and reconcile suspense accounts.
• Process billing transactions, including invoice creation and debit note review.
• Handle collections, accounts receivable, order management and order fulfillment.
• Post journal entries and follow up on revenue-related matters with sales teams.
• Analyze and solve problems of lower complexity.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team with a focused scope of work.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Skill in Order to Cash.
• Experience in optimizing working capital.
• Experience in billing processing.
• Experience in order fulfillment.
• Experience in accounts receivable.
• Experience in process transformation and project management.

Details

• Location: Gurugram.
• May require working in rotational shifts.
• Day-to-day interaction with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors, with limited interaction with clients and Accenture management.
• Receives moderate instruction on daily tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments.
