Overview

Order to Cash Operations Analyst within Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, handling the end-to-end process of collecting cash from order receipt and credit authorization through collections and revenue assurance.

What you'll do

• Analyze and solve problems of lower complexity in cash application and billing processing.
• Resolve cash application queries, coordinate with customers, and apply unapplied cash.
• Reconcile suspense accounts and process transactions.
• Handle invoice creation, debit note review, collections, accounts receivable, and order management.
• Support order fulfillment, journal entries, and revenue-related follow-ups with sales teams.
• Collect operational data reports and conduct analysis and reconciliation of transactions.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team with a focused scope of work.
